Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

DeckCheck offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for your first paid purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 30 days after your initial purchase, unless a different non-waivable right applies under applicable law.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are generally available only for first-time purchases requested within 30 days of purchase.
  • Subscription renewals, plan changes, late cancellation requests, and partial billing periods are generally non-refundable.
  • Refund eligibility may be affected if the account has materially used the service, consumed credits, violated our Terms of Service, or engaged in conduct that appears fraudulent, abusive, automated, or intended to exploit this policy.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at contact@deckcheck.co within the applicable refund period. Include the email address associated with your DeckCheck account, the transaction you want refunded, and the reason for your request.

Canceling a subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically create a refund for prior charges. If you want a refund, you must separately request one under this policy.

Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed through our payment processor or merchant of record and credited to the original payment method when possible.
  • Most approved refunds are submitted within 5-10 business days, but banks, card networks, payment processors, or other financial institutions may take additional time to post the credit.
  • When a refund is issued, DeckCheck may remove or reverse the related subscription access, credits, entitlements, or benefits.
  • Taxes, currency conversion charges, card issuer fees, or third-party processing fees may be handled by the payment processor or financial institution and may not be fully controlled by DeckCheck.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, refund policy abuse, or account sharing intended to avoid payment
  • Violation of our Terms of Service or applicable law
  • Automated, excessive, or commercial use inconsistent with the purchased plan
  • Requests involving consumed credits, completed analyses, fulfilled one-time purchases, or other digital benefits already delivered

Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Nothing in this refund policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
